CLOSED NOW - Opens at 6:00pm

I was expecting 4 packages on Friday, 6/17/2016. At noon, my UPS app notified me that a delivery attempt was made. I was at home the whole time and there was no knock on the door, no delivery attempt notice left on the door, and none of the four packages even required a signature so the delivery person could have just left them at my door. This has never happened before. My guess is that no delivery was even attempted.

I called the UPS number immediately and they told me that the packages will be redelivered the same day. At 5 PM, I called UPS again and they said to expect the packages from 5 PM to 7 PM. I went outside my building so the delivery person does not "attempt to deliver" again. At 7 PM, I called UPS again and they said the packages will be delivered before 8:30 PM. At 8:15 PM, I called again and the customer service representative talked to some Justin at the Aberdeen UPS Facility and he said that the packages will be delivered in 20 minutes. At 8:40 PM, I called again and the UPS customer service said the packages will be delivered on the next business day - Monday. I waited outside my building from 5 PM to 8:45 PM for nothing!
