We had a positive experience at Post Road Carpet One Floor & Home in Acton. Trevor was amazing to work with from the very start helping us with research and is very knowledgeable in his field. We have a restaurant below our condo and needed to replace our carpets/flooring and add some sound proofing. Trevor made the trip to Maine to see the space and give us his expert opinion. He recommended the best products for our project and was very professional and honest. It was a decent size project given it’s in Maine, in a condo building and the floor below is uneven cement. The team made sure to bring the proper tools to ensure the best fit and that our carpet would stay in place on the cement, which had been an issue in the past. Trevor even made us a few matching runners with the leftover carpet. If you’re looking for impressive knowledge and communication, professionalism, competitive pricing and good people this is your place. You won’t be disappointed. I worked with Wendy who was very attentive and followed up with me, keeping me posted on the status of my order. She was very creative in figuring out how to configure the carpeting in the event we did not have enough to match the pattern. Thankfully, we made it! The installers were real pros. These guys are great! We were in a pinch and needed new carpet FAST. Joe came over in 10 minutes, had carpet picked and installation scheduled in 20 minutes.
