I went to have my eyebrows done on a Friday evening when I got out of work a half hour before they closed for three weddings I had to go to over the long weekend. One of which I was a part of the bridal party. She seemed to rush through the job and when I told her I didn't like them she told me that they were closing and to come back in the morning. I went home and fixed them myself. I called in the morning and spoke to the manager who told me that I could come in and have them I fixed. I told her I didn't have time and had to fix them myself. She refused me a refund because their policy is that if they are fixable, which they "obviously" we're since I fixed them myself, then they don't refund. She basically told me I was the one in the wrong for not allowing them to fix my brows but she would be happy to put me in for a complimentary wax. I told her no thank you and I would not be returning. I work two buildings down and many of my coworkers have tried going there on their lunch breaks for different services and every single one of them was unhappy and said they would not be returning either. Horrible customer service and horrible results!

I go to Stephanie and she is amazing - don't hesitate to come here for a cut and/or color, she's as good as any salon I've been to (and that is many)

I went for eyebrow waxing. it costs $12. and they do only the lower part of the eyebrow not upper part. their work is so ugly. And once went for Haircut. it was not good either. I wouldnt recommend this place for anything.
