REALLY BAD customer service. I purchased granite and immediately after installation I discovered it had pits and large scratches. They refused to do anything about it saying "that is what you purchased"!

GO ELSEWHERE! We went in to pick our granite with caution as a family member had done business with them prior with a myriad of problems. Low and behold we should have taken these red flags more seriously! Put a deposit on our granite with the confirmation our template would be taken a few days later and granite finished in the 14 business days or less they advertise. Obviously our cabinets needed to be in place before taking a template... We put a rush on our cabinets to have them finished early. I proceeded to call Crowe and responded they are booked and have no availability to "template" for 2 weeks. Completely absurd! I immediately cancelled my contract with Crowe and contacted another business at 6pm and they had someone out to template the very next day. Not to mention Crowe is still charging me a 15% restocking fee for misleading me with information! I would have cancelled the order earlier had I learned doing a simple template would take so long. I would never do business or reference Crowe to anybody. If you need more details please feel free to contact me!

We had Crowe install all our kitchen counter tops last year. We couldn't be more pleased. Sales and Installation staffs were easy to work with and seemed dedicated to meeting our needs. Our sales rep, DeeAnne, was especially helpfull in understanding our preferences and tastes. Although we didn't find the perfect pattern the first visit, she KNEW that she had the answer coming in the next shipment - and......it was perfect. Do use this company....you will be pleased.

They were amazing. The staff was knowledgeable and they had a large selection of granite. They were reasonably priced surprisingly enough. I will buy my bathroom countertop from them in the near future.

My experience at Crowe can only be described in one word.. Exceptional!!! From the welcoming receptionist at the front desk to the sales reps to the installers. My process was fast with no problems. I would highly recommend Crowe to anyone in the market for new countertops.

We bought our counter tops last year and my experience at Crowe was great! Our sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable on the material they had! They showed us all the sinks, edges and all the different material. The selection is HUGE! Of course, I was having a hard time deciding on the granite to match my cabinets. My sales rep walked all the way back to the showroom just to get a cabinet sample that matched mine, just to hold up to every piece of granite I liked. That helped me so much!

Once we picked out our material, Sand Grey, they tagged our slab. Which was a relief to me, because that meant that it was reserved just for my kitchen. After we went back to the showroom, they walked me through everything, the quote, the what to expect and how the template, lay out and install will go about. When I left, I felt like I had everything I needed to know.

The gentleman who came to template was on time and very clean cut. He answered the questions I had, he told me how long it may take for the install. Gave me the Install Manager's card, so I could call him if I had any concerns.

Few days later, I received my slab smith, showing me how my countertop would be cut and layed out. It looked stunning!! I was so pleased to see no seams! They called me to approve it and of course I said yes.The following week, the crew came to install the top. It was a crew of three gentleman, they worked extremely hard and it may have taken them a few hours to install, but the finished product was worth it! They told me not to touch the top for 12-24 hours so they sealer will dry. I automatically took pictures to send to my sales rep, telling them how much I appreciated their time and the help. The whole sales team is just so helpful!

Crowe Custom Countertops, they are truely amazing. To form granite into these Amazing art sculptures to bring your homes to life. Thank you Crowe for making my home beautiful. I got Sand Grey and I love it. I am proud to say I got granite from Crowe. I only wanted a specific part of the granite for my job and they did a slab smith to show me where the seams would match up and to show me the specific parts of the granite that would be used. The best part is you only have to pay for the granite that is used not the entire slab. Communication was very clear they communicated with me every step of the way. I am actually going back to crowe to get an outside fire pit made out of granite. I highly recommend Crowe. Great Job, Thank you!!!!!

When I first met the people of Crowe’s Counters for my countertops, I was skeptical because I saw a couple of negative reviews on some of the review sites. I decided to get a bid from them anyway (in addition to others) because a couple of our friends had gotten their granite countertops from them and they were very happy. I even went to their house to check out the work.

From the beginning, Dan was totally the most professional of the servicers who gave us bids. He was very helpful. He took the time to listen to my concerns and ended up offering great advice on how I could get the most value from my tops. All the others wanted to do was rush me through the process and get me to sign something with out listening. The price was fair and since I had seen their work at my friend’s house, I went for it and I was sure glad that I did.

Dan and his team designed, measured, and installed granite countertops in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. It all looks wonderful!! There was one issue which had to do with the time of the appointment which was quickly resolved. I called Dan and without hesitation, rerouted the crew. Dan is a great professional, and I would HIGHLY recommend Crowe for any granite job. I LOVE my countertops! This comes from a person who is very picky and extremely critical. I thank my friends for their recommendation and advise anybody to give them a try.
