Provided by YP.comI was sent on a last minute business trip out of town, and needed a lot of my clothes cleaned before I left. I had a large bag of clothes that mostly needed dry cleaning that I brought in around 5:00 and needed them before I left town at 10:00am the next day. The manager was more than helpful and assured me that all of my clothes would be ready before I needed to leave. When I went to pick up my clothes I was a little early and hoping that I could get an early start on my trip, almost all of the clothes were done, and the manager personally went and made sure my last few shirts got finished while I waited so I could get on the road. All of my clothes looked perfect! The overall customer service at Comet was wonderful and they helped me when I was in a bind. I will definitely always use them in the future.

Provided by YP.comWARNING: "HORRIBLE" Customer service when they RUIN your Clothes, they immediately start to tell you that the managers not in right now, that they will let the manager know what happened and then he will give you a call back. Only to find out that they don't call you back. You have to keep calling to get to even speak to a manager. i received no apology, all they keep saying was that they followed the care tag label. Bottom line is it was ruined at their establishment. When i finally was able to speak to a manager about the situation they said they would order me a replacement, and have the item tested to see why this happened. i was already irritated with the whole situation but i said OK. Order the replacement and lets see why this happened. The whole time i am under the "IMPRESSION" that they have ordered a replacement item since Ryan (the manager) literally said "I WILL ORDER YOU A REPLACEMENT ITEM" they told me that the test would take about three weeks to get back. i waited, however i keep calling about the replacement arriving Ryan said the item had not arrived yet that they are still waiting for it to arrive and that they would give me a call when it had arrived. know a month later they call me to come to the cleaners, when i show up they hand me the damaged item and say here you go. so i proceeded to ask about the replacement. Ryan then told me that they never ordered the item because they claim this was not their fault. then who's fault is it then? they LIED TO ME FOR A MONTH. they never ordered this item nor was i informed until surprise a month later. after having multiple conversations about this with Ryan. 4-5 different phone conversations about this exact topic. Ryan then went and got the OWNER. the owner then went on repeating him self and being extremely Condescending and rude towards me. So after all that no apology, no replacement, and all i have to show for a months ordeal with this cleaner is my damaged item. never go here. Horrible Experience!

Provided by YPmobileI had a beautiful Anthropologie bed spread with pillow cases. It was an item I'd only dreamed of because of the price tag (a little over $300). It is quality cotton batting, so it required dry clean only. I went to Comet although I had heard terrible things. I never listen to reviews. However, after I was told it would be 5 weeks before they could dry clean it, to my surprise, they called me two days later to come pick it up. It was $65 for the three peice set. I got home to discover holes and clumps. It was ruined. They said "Oh it must've been washed by accident, I'm sorry". Not cool. No refund and no comforter. Do not recommend obviously. Maybe someone will listen to this review.
