Went in today to get what I wanted as a tattoo quoted. the owner was real cool about talking to me, even though I was a walk in. And explained everything to me that I asked. Asked if it was okay to change the image bacause the shape I had drawn out would have looked a little funny where i wanted it. Which is completely true. He took my sugestions on what I would want and what I didnt want and him and Jenna took a look at it. Jenna had a opening to do the tattoo that day since I would be leaving town soon. I came back in a few hours later and they did a awsome design for my tatt! I loved it, was so much better than what I had drawn up. They made sure I loved it and made random little changes to the design on the spot. This was my first tatt and they were real cool about me being nervous and talked to me during it to help me stay calm. I will deff be going back for more soon! Jenna did an amazing job! All of them are very clean and proffesinal. And will tell you honestly about everything. Also made sure I understood absolutly everything on takin care of the tattoo. (since it was my first I had never had to take care of one before) Love Love Love it!!! Thank you custom ink!!

i have quality pieces from some of the best artists in nyc...and not one of them was as condescending/conceited as the owner if this place. i walked in to ask about a hand tattoo and this guy proceeded to brag about his shop and what he owns (a toyota tundra, apparently!) and how it was beneath him to do the type of work i asked about. he lives within a 30-mi radius of an army base, of course he's going to have business. unfortunately!

Clean, friendly, good prices, will go back again.
