Horrible customer service! After making an appointment with customer service was told that service would be at my place of business by 3:00PM. After no communication and no show from service called back and was put in connect with business owner, Paul. I was informed that he would personally be in to work on machine before 6:00PM. Again they were a no show and did not call to inform me that they would not show up.Next morning I called customer service and was told "Things happen," and was offered no apology or rescheduled time. Again was put in contact with owner and was rudly told that my business was not important to him and to never call him again.
