This was the WORST moving experience I have ever had. I chose this company based on their reviews and could not regret it more. I could maybe get over their HORRENDOUS customer service if they provided good moving services, but unfortunately, both are the worst I have ever experienced. They charged for time they were not even working and badly damaged one of my bookshelves. When I called Suzette, the sales manager, she told me there was nothing she could do because "I wasn't there, how should I know what happened," yelled at me, and has hung up on me every time I have tried to speak with her. Unless you want to spend nearly a grand to move a few things down the street and have your furniture damaged, I highly recommend you go on to Groupon and use K&T MOVING AND DELIVERY. We used this company for the rest of our move and I could not be happier! For $89, we were able to move everything. This company knew where to park, was good at communicating when they would be there and they were super friendly. It was so great, we ended up tipping over 25%.
