I ordered Jimmy Johns today from online and received it at my job. I was a previously AGM at a Jimmy Johns for four years in another state, so I'm familiar with how to order and what to expect. I had a pretty crappy day today and was crying at my desk about an hour prior to ordering. So, I decided to ask them to draw me a happy picture since I was having a sad day. They did a great job at not only doing that, they put in a coupon and a free cookie! EVEN MORE SO, the lady that delivered the sandwich was cheerful and smiley! It was a pleasure ordering from this location and having such wonderful customer service! It makes me miss my job but pleases me to know I have a great local Jimmy Johns here in Aiken! Thanks y'all! You turned this frown upside down!

Came in after a long day of work with my husband and his friend. Guy came up to tell us to he was closing the drink machine. I ask could he please get me a refill and instead of just saying no. He had to rudely say no. Mumble under his breath and walked away. will not be back. Rude rude rude

While they do make a good sub. The fact that they won't delivery to Murrah or Daughtry by the mall is ridiculous. Will be sending corporate a message.
