everything about above and beyond is horrible. the owner is a rude tyrant an her assistant manager is a snake. do yourself a favor an don't work or send your children to above and beyond. she doesn't care about her staff at all. I saw a girl crying while on the job once cause she yelled at her in front of the kids.

Terrible place for kids and staff to be. Director is using military style with kids and specially staff. She is demanding too much of children, above their age and abilities. I will not recommend this place to anybody to place their kids there, or work.
