I had scheduled an appt with Dr. Milo for my 16 month old daughter who has been having problems with her ears since her tube surgery. Dr. Milo did not perform the surgery but we wanted a second opinion. We googled his address and when we arrived to the office the staff told us that he has since moved across from Akron Children's Hospital. They gave us the new address and I called the office to let them know that we went to the old location and we were on our way. When we got to the hospital we had to park in the garage and when we checked in to the correct location we were 18 min. past our appointment time. The staff checked with Dr. Milo and he refused to see us. I took the day off of work, and my husband and I drove 1 hour from our home to see this doctor. I pleaded with the staff and they said he only worked in the morining and works on a schedule and turned us away. I was extremly disappointed and upset that someone who treats children could turn his back on a child in pain.
