We left before even being seated. Arrived to an almost empty restaurant and was told "we will be right with you" as two managers turned their backs to watch a football game. It didn't seem to be a priority to seat us and since service seemed minimal we left after a few minutes, they even had the nerve to say "have a nice day" as we left. The real topper? We called and left a complaint only to have some tool call back and tell how he watched the video and then insinuated we were wrong in how we saw the situation. If that was the owner of that franchise, I can see why service is bad, they work for someone who doesn't have a clue. The funny part was this guy had the time to call me at home during my dinner time, that should have been a very busy time for his restaurant! Clearly he has time on his hands due to poor management.
