Provided by YP.comPretty upset right now. All I was trying to do was change my order from delivery to pick-up. I had to pretend like I was placing a new order to even get a chance to speak to someone. The call kept getting disconnected due to "technical difficulties." When I FINALLY got connected with the local store, they hung up on me TWICE. I was trying to make your jobs EASIER by picking up my own pizza. I think having to wait almost 3 hrs for my pizza because people kept hanging up on me while trying to arrange a pick up should warrant a refund
