Customer Service Dept in Akron, Oh, very unprofessional. Rude customer service representatives, they way the talk to customer's is unbelievable. Big turn over. Manager of the Customer Service Department does nothing but make a couple rounds in the dept. talk on his cell phone, and constantly has to share stories of himself that he thinks are hilarious. This place is also so very dirty and disgusting. Women's bathroom totally uncalled for. Urine left in toilets and on toilet seats, femine products left laying out. And these are "Adult" women??!?!?!? People are always sick, coughing sneezing, hacking. Had 3 different infections in 6 months of working there. And what is the use in paying for benefits if you can't go to the Dr. when you really need to. Even with Dr's excuse you get 1 point. Over 5 minutes late punching in you get 1/2 a point.
Also I would just like to say there was a problem with Bed Bugs, yes, apparently someone brought them in. So when I say it is dirty and disgusting, it seriously is.
People don't stay there very long. Also a lot of favoritism.
Think twice, because they will tell you that no one leaves once they get in there. and all these perks, don't fall for it.
