Long story short, i was interested in a rescue bearded dragon, told the employees as long as he DID NOT HAVE AN INFECTION, i would buy him. They told me it was just dry skin, 25 days later, he died. It was not dry skin, it was an incurable yellow fungus INFECTION.

I had to meet with the owner (Jaime) of the store to try and get a refund. I showed him my receipt, and right off the bat he raised his voice at me and told me he cant do anything. He told me i had a week for returns, not a month. My receipt says 30 days. The employees said 30 days multiple times. They also said he didnt have an infection. I told him the situation, he blatantly ignored everything i said and continued to raise his voice at me and glaring at me until i left. Without a doubt the most unprofessional, disrespectful and arrogant business owner i have ever met. My girlfriend also went in to talk to him and he also yelled at her and her father while the owner was holding his toddler.



Very overpriced as well.

So helpful and friendly. They have everything I need and answers to all my questions. Very healthy fish which shows how much they care!
