I ordered a service for my husband's 50th birthday. I googled, "Flamingo a Friend/Montgomery, AL." A website came up, and I went to it. It stated that it was from Alabaster, AL, but had a wide delivery area. I ordered my husband's "Holy Cow" to be delivered on his birthday, about a week away. On the day of his birthday, there was no delivery. I looked up the number to call them...no answer. I found a local number for Montgomery, and called them. The woman that answered said that she has had this happen many times with the Alabaster franchise. They take your money, and don't call to let you know that it is out of their range. Meanwhile, I called and let them know that I would like a refund 3x, with my phone # included. No one ever calls back, nor have I received a refund. I had paid with Paypal, so I have escalated my "case" to a claim for Paypal to chase them down now. Worst.business.ever!
