I love NTB in Alabaster. They have always taken care with my car and given me a fair price for excellent quality work.

Dont use this business my friend took her car there four times for a professional patch and within two months and its flat again....? I used to use them in the past not anymore...and all these guys had to do is replace the tire it was under warranty from the dealership wow have they wasted alot of time.

Twice I have called them to get a quote on my truck. Both time they took my name and number and then never called me back.

They kept my wife's car for 11 days for a fuel pump, then had to take it to NTB Galleria to have it repaired, 10/29/12 - 11/9/12. They also broke off two bolts in the frame of my Pathfinder during an oil change on 10/25/12, I discovered this 11/6/12.
