This is the worst frozen yogurt I've ever had. My husband and I have gone a few times to make sure it wasn't just an off day for them and each time its awful. The texture of the yogurt is part of the reason its so horrible. It's not creamy like frozen yogurt or ice cream it has more of a snow cone texture is the best way I can explain it. also their toppings seem to be stale. Their sprinkles are so hard it hurt my teeth to eat them. Maybe its just that they have tried to save some money and cut a few corners but its not working for them. My husband and I used to have frozen yogurt at least once a week (before we moved to Albany at a place called chill) so are used to a certain quality of product and unfortunately they just did not deliver. we will be searching outside of Albany to get out creamy fix.
