These are okay. They do have those that are not looking to better themselves, but then there are those that are trying to do something to get out of them. These apartment are only good if you are young an just starting out on your and have not astablished an career yet. Someone that is young with children. Because if you lose your job they will help you out. But don't let you suck in a rut an can't move on. They can be helpful for college students also. Management is something serious though, one of them you will like and the other one will dislike. You know they say your attitude and your respect level for people will get you a long way and it will also get you in trouble. One of them will be in a whole lot of trouble with the attitude thing... Oh, yeah they don't have in house washer/dryer connection that will be one of your biggest problems, leaving home to go wash. Because you would rather do that than use there small laundry house that closes when the office close.
