Provided by YP.comRich Norelli qualified us for a USDA loan. We then paid for an appraisal and home inspection of the property. Everything looked good until the underwriter of the mortgage discovered we were actually overqualified for the loan and not eligible for it. After all is said and done, Rich's mistake cost us $1200 and the house we love. We did not get an apology or any further assistance. I would NOT recommend this company.
