R.A.R.E. Phototgraphy
Albany, OR 97321
We fly from Albany, Oregon. We primarily serve the Willamette Valley, including Portland, Salem, Corvallis and Eugene, although we fly throughout western Oregon.
Common uses for aerials:
Construction developments: We do monthly fly-overs to photograph project sites so that corporate executives can get quick visual overviews of job progress and how inventories are holding up. Some clients use the images to show where deliveries can be made.
Real Estate: Sales may be enhanced by showing the property as well as the setting what else is in the vicinity, including roads, airports, other infrastructure as well as aspects of the neighborhood that affect the values of the property.
Forestry: We photograph standing timber, site development, logging operations and slash burns for forest managers.
Agriculture: We photograph tiling, tilling, liming, spraying, crop development and crop responses to fertilizers and watering, harvesting and field burning for farm managers.
How to save money:
When we are able to photograph several jobs from the air in one day, we are more efficient with the airplane time and expenses, so we pass those savings on to our clients. We generally do monthly aerial surveys of construction sites, so requesting photos at the end of the month will usually save you money…
