I called around asking for prices. Several lawyers quoted me $120 - $170 hourly. I was looking for a flat rate fee. I called Mr. Johnson and was quoted $600 for everything including the courthouse fees. I am now looking at about $2,800 total. $2800 was not in my budget. This is why I was looking for a flat rate fee. He charged me a $250 an hour fee. An hourly rate was never discussed. His website clearly states "We charge a flat fee for our services." I would not recommend him to anyone because of this.
