I contacted David to fix my 2007 Coast brand spa which is no longer sold in Albuquerque. He responded to my phone message immediately, scheduled in a timely manner, showed up on time, assessed the problem and told me he would try and save me money on the repair by removing and cleaning a part. If it wasn't rusted, he would reuse it and also installed a new heating element which he warranted. He return with the cleaned and reusable part and complete the repair with efficiency and courtesy. He also replace broke nozzle-thingy in the tub. I will continue to call on his services if something else breaks.
