Relocating from Atlanta to beautiful Albuquerque. I contacted Joan Wagner with Prudential to help me find a home. She showed a good knowledge of the neighborhood that I wanted to be in ( NE side). She was also very responsive to my calls and questions. She runs a first rate company. Hope to be closing soon!

Made Life Easy

My wife and I were looking to move to ABQ. We were looking for an Agent. We found Joan Wagner on Zillow. I called her and explained what I was looking for. She sent me several listings over a weeks period. I explained that we were coming into town for a job interview and we needed to see as many as we could so my wife and I could make a decision. We flew in, met with Joan and she showed us the houses that we were interested in. We liked that she showed homes WE wanted and not her listings. Joan found us our home in two days and we bought it. I had no idea that it was that easy. Joan handled all the details with inspection. Her knowledge of ABQ was great. We have recommended her to other co-workers that are looking to move from the rain to the sun!‎

Very Professional

I contacted Joan Wagner with Prudential to find me a home in the Albuquerque area. She was very efficient at finding me several to look at in my price range. It was nice to see all good listings and not just her listings. That made the process quick and painless. She was great! When my mom moves here I'm going to use her again for sure.

Great Experience

I was looking for an agent to help me with my relocation. I called Joan Wagner and was happy that she answered the phone. I had called other companies but only got voice mail. She was very responsive with sending me homes to look at in my price range. This is my third home purchase and I was happy that Joan was low pressure while listening to my needs.
