slow service and my order was wrong

I stopped by because of the lobster bites promotion. it took forever to get my order and then it was wrong. this stop for a fast meal took me 45 minutes and cost almost twelve dollars. I can'tsee me goingback there for quite a while until they have a complete turn over in personel.
