They provided excellent service to us even though we didn't buy our pellet stove from them. Keith is more then a sales guy, he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to question our situation to ensure our pellet stove was getting fixed properly and sent a repair person to us ASAP. Highly recommend for over the top service!!!

My husband and I visited the store on 1/28/15. We spoke to Keith and made arrangements for him to come to our house on Super Bowl Sunday, after the store was closed. He said he wouldn't be here very long in case we wanted to watch the game. We waited and waited for him to show up, we finally called and left message at 6pm. They are closed on Mondays but I did expect a phone call on Tuesday, maybe apologizing for not showing up. No phone call came. My husband called on 2/4, left message. We did receive a phone call back by a woman who said Keith forgot. We made arrangements for Keith to come the next day, 2/5. He was to come after the store closed. Guess what? He never showed up and we never received a phone call explaining what happened or even to apologize for the missed appointments.. I guess they don't need the business. We will never step foot in that store again.

Bought our pellet stove from them. Installation was clean and efficient. Best addition we ever did for our home!
