Review is for HERTZ and not dealership --- This is a Mickey Mouse franchise located in the corner of an auto dealer service dept. The rep was 30 minutes late getting to work and I needed the car ASAP. Keys are kept in two old buckets that the are sifted through. Seriously? Took another 30 minutes to find the car, parked out on the street. The car was old. dirty, vibrated > 60mph, and stunk like an ash tray. We ended up having to swap it at DCA
