Bad management/Service.I walked into the restaurant (TGI Fridays located at 4650 king street) the manager Michael was sitting with a lady who was already complaining about the horrible service that she got from the server and the management that was not present to check on the guest.

As for us started from the drink came after a good 45 minutes, not asked for refill, my wife was missing silverware, my order came wrong at the end they gave us wrong check I think they over charge the guests and they wait if someone will pay attention to it, if not it is good for the store if they over pay.

When we asked for check to get fixed the manager gave us the check a rude way and started arguing with us how to pay the check and we should not check after him and if don t want to pay the total he will call the police and at the same moment he called the security guard and had him stay in front of us and watch us. The manager was yelling at us ! What kind of manager is he? He has nothing to do with management !!! No skills no manners .

We love TGI Fridays but not the one in king St.
