Provided by YPmobileI thought Steve the owner was a very nice guy .. I called them at 1pm and they had my car in the shop by 1:30pm they said it will take about 2 hours it's took a little longer but not much .. I had a headlight out when I brought the car in and they changed my broken headlight for no extra cost ... Considering all other stores have atleaste a week wait for any installation these guys came in clutch in such a short time

Provided by YP.comI had a $2,000 radar detector installed by Audio Guys, (owner Steve) and it worked correctly for two months. I have returned one time due to a malfunction of shifters. I returned another time because the unit just shut off and would not power on. I returned a third time because when I beeped my horn, the detector went off. I returned a fifth time because when I would step on the gas, the front shifters would trip. I returned a Sixth, seventh, and eighth time for the same problem to find that Steve said we will just disconnect that part of the detector and when I can get some answers from Passport, I will call you back. Well first of all, every time I have to bring the car in, I have to lose time at work; it is a hassle to accommodate Steve. The entire experience has been at his convenience. He never had any sense of urgency. I finally had to contact him to a not surprising Steve who was in Florida for a couple of weeks. Which he stated he would call me back when he gets back. 3 weeks later, I have to call him and make an appointment and when I was on my way in, I figured enough is enough, I will pay someone to fix it. We I never got anyone to fix it, but three months later the unit just shut off again. I personally took apart the dash to figure it out. Not surprised I found a not professional so called power supply to my unit from a spice in the cigarette lighter, held together with tape.
Now it all makes sense. It was never installed correctly, and they do not care about their customers. Now being $2,000 lighter, and have wasted countless hours being more than patient with Steve, I am trying to figure out a solution to my problem.
I did call him again, and sent him pictures of the bad installation, and have received no call back.

Provided by YP.comokay i went to audio guys to get a HID light installed, first impression of customer service was.....well there was none...everyone seemed to either be busy else where or to be on lunch break throughout the entire day.
After i finally reached someone about there services, the price i was told was 189.99 with install. considering my car was a late model acura, install should take about 15 mins at most.
I later dropped the car off to have the lights installed, to which the employee (no names here) repeatedly stalled my vehicle in and out of the parking lot, when i insisted to drive my own vehicle.
after install i was in shock
all the electrical work was wrapped with electrical tape not sodded.
then continued to pursue talking to the owner of audio guys, which seemed after 2 hours of waiting and install, he was still on lunch.
thankfully he took time out of his lunch break, to talk to me after i paid for the install....210 dollars later.
I insisted they re do the wiring, in which he stated...."we use the best quality tapes and materials" i corrected him in saying i spent over 200 dollars for generic hid install that isn't even wired correctly.
which i fixed the day after, no more electrical tape.......then which one of the ballasts burnt out the next night, resulted in a ticket.....which audio guys was going to charge me to replace.......overall i give audio guys a 1 star because i cant give them 0, yp wont let me....otherwise i dont recommened them

Provided by YP.comWhile the service requested was performed satisfactorily, the final price was NOT what was discussed by phone. So big tip here is get any quote in writing. But good luck on that if you are a working professional....they don't have anyone behind their counter until before 10AM and they leave at 5PM, so with a big leap of faith, you're just supposed to leave your keys on their counter in a very busy auto detailing center. Then when picking up my car, none of the detailing staff could find my keys without a pretty good search. That along with having to call the owner on his cell phone to reach him makes me feel this is not a professionally run business and I didn't have full confidence throughout the experience. Then add in the "misunderstanding" about the final price and I can't recommend the Audio Guys. I only give them two stars because the actual mechanical service required was done well.
