Went to this store to get a price on installing a remote start and alarm. I stood in the car audio department for 10 min waiting for help. I than asked someone in the computer department and he told me to check the install shop. So I drove around to the install shop. The door was locked and the sign said to see the in store technician but I was just in the store and there wasn't anyone. I went to local shop where they helped me out as soon as I came in the store and purchased my remote start and alarm there. Also the price at there competition was about 100 dollars less for the same product just a different brand ( both made by DEI )

Terrible customer service! Went in on a Thursday to see if they could repair the front car speakers says he can see me on Saturday "around 2 o'clock" and says they will call when they have time. They don't call so i head in around 2:30 and they have already taken in another car, no call, nothing. Try to reschedule and can't even look at it for over a week. Terrible service never using best buy for car audio again.

The customer service employees are very rude, the floor sales do not have a clue as to what they have in stock. Then we ordered an item and they did not even call us when it came in. I'm not sure if they just don't care or what?
