Excellent and professional service. I have been coming here for a few years. The service is top notch and Everything they fix is done well, my old car continues to run well because of these mechanics! Awesome!

My car failed an emission test; I've got a printout with the code for the part that had to be replaced. Queens Auto Services was the only place that did not treat me like a idiot just because I am a woman. The first repair shop gave me estimate for the part and labor (about $290), and then told me that my car was built for California, so it's more expensive to repair it: I had to buy an additional special part ($110) to meet strict California emission standards. That was the first time I ever heard my car, which has never been West of Illinois had to meet California standards. The Toyota dealership gave me a quote of $490 plus tax and estimated time to replace the part as up to an hour and a half (this is after I've spent there an hour during which they were checking my car - I had an appointment for that). At the Queens Auto Services I had an appointment for 8:30 and was out of there by 9. There bill was about $290 - same quote as the first place, without all this "car built for California market" nonsense. Next time my car has problems - I am coming here.
