I found a bug on my bed only two days after hearing my daughters Father just found bed bugs, so of course once I saw a bug I assumed it was bed bugs and started to freak out and lost sleep last night. Carlos came and took a good look at my mattress, box spring, and bed frame in both my room and my daughters as well as both couches. He took his time with our concerns, and I now feel so much better about the possibility of bed bugs. He did assure if i see ANYTHING to contact him. And I will!! Not only did he come the next day, he did not charge to come look at the warning signs and searching for bed bugs. I am so grateful! He gave us options for protecting our home from insects since we live deep in the woods, Carlos THANK YOU! I feel so relieved having you come look at this and giving us your professional opinion.
