Called on Dec. 18, still not repaired.
Called Dec. 27, not repaired. Called on January 17th that we would pick up our not repaired t.v. Was told he doesn't work on the week end and the back was off. Called on Monday, Jan. 19, that we would be in to pick up the t.v. Was told to give him 1/2 hour to put the back on. When we arrive, Tom said to leave the set for parts. We took the television elsewhere on Jan. 20th. The next day we were called and asked if we wanted it repaired, the part would cost $22. We picked our repaired set up the following week. It is as good as new. I have asked (phone recording) for our bench fee to be refunded, but get no response.
