Paid for full installation.Horrible service after they have your money. ZERO communication skills

These guys are great, we have had them put a new boiler and AC in our house. Good prices and clean friendly workers.

One and a half hours after saying they'd arrive, I got charged $317 for a half hour job which included a $16 part. Another company had told me they could come at 5, but I did not cancel with this company since I was waiting for 40 minutes for a callback -- never came. The guy showed up and I paid them. The AC is fixed though, so I guess that's something.

Had my air conditioning unit worked on only to be charged $240 for a $50 "hard start kit". I was also charged $190 for a $28 wiring harness. Plus $99.00 just to come. The work took one hour. The final bill was $560 Even if they charged $100 an hour plus $99 for the call out, plus $80 for the parts, plus $80 for marking up the parts (a 100% mark up} the bill would have been $385 with tax. How this company justifies charging an additional $200 is beyond me.
