Nightmare jeweler. I bought a $9k engagement ring from Brian and David Iroff and was lied to about several things during the transaction. These guys, both the Dad (David) and the son (Brian) are nothing but your typical sleazy salesmen. I was told my ring was one brand when it turned out to be another. I was told that sizing my ring would not void a return but it did (read further). And I was told that if she did not like the ring after I proposed that I could bring it back no problem with a full refund. Their tag line is “We want to be your jeweler for life” - what a joke. I was comforted at first but it turns out that everything I was told was a lie. I tried to return the ring and Brian called me and I quote “___we are going to have to go back on our word and not honor a return” THEY STUCK ME WITH A $9,000 ENAGEMENT RING!!! I was devastated. I tried going through various means to get my money back but to no avail. It turns out that Iroff produced a policy statement (that I never signed) and used that against me, even though both David and Brian (owner of the company mind you) verbally guaranteed me otherwise. These guys are poor individuals and I will never do business with them again. If you do decide to do something with them, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING & DON’T TRUST THEIR WORD….it is worthless

PS. She said yes :) ….but seriously, run away from Iroff

I had the worst experience with the so called owner of the company. Brian was extremely rude and had a standoffish attitude. For the money they expect me to spend I would a least like to be treated as if my dollar meant something.
