We regretfully post this review of Kids R Kids Crabapple to hopefully help other parents be aware of our negative experience with this daycare. Our son fell off a piece of playground equipment at Kids R Kids Crabapple at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon, falling face down and hitting his head, scraping his forehead, nose, and face very badly. My wife and I arrived at the daycare to pick him up at 5:15 pm, having no idea this accident had taken place. When we walked into his room, the teacher stated that our son had an accident. She said she had seen him on top of the playground equipment, told him he might fall, and then turned away to get another child water. Subsequently, the injury occurred. We were shocked to see the severity of our child’s injuries and blood still oozing out of his nose at that point. We immediately, very concerned, sought explanation from the owners and asked why we were not called. We were told by the owner, Merle, that their policy is to only contact parents if a chi
