Provided by YPmobileI called to inquire about a problem with my account, this particular clerk talked down to me as if I didn't know how to use the online banking, then I asked to talk to the manager (Verdie) she hung up on me. May I add, I didn't raise my voice nor use foul language. I've banked there since '06, I am definitely looking for another bank.
