Their packer stole from my boxes and many things never ever arrived during my move from Napa CA to Eugene OR. As I had no receipts for antiques and mementos he robbed from me I could not claim on the insurance for which they charged me $250. This company is not to be trusted. they were indifferent to my problem...they stole Waterford Crystal worth $100 a glass and I read in other reviews on Yelp that another woman lost $600 worth of crystal. Amanda was nice before the move. After the move it was impossible to talk to her and she scoffed at my claim that the packer was high - alone when he packed up- and that he helped himself to whatever he wanted from my belongings. I paid $8000 for the move and lost $1000 of furniture and belongings never delivered.. AVOID this company or you too could be very sorry and out of luck for compensation
