the people at mpm who helped me find my apartment were very nice. i had not rented before and they helped me and my parents figure out the lease, and also find the place that worked best for me. i don't see them much, but my folks have called them and asked questions, and they always help them.

The folks in the office really helped me out when I was in a jam. That is why I have been with them 4 years. Thanks guys!

I have been a tenant with martin for going on 2 years now. They have be very polite and helpful whenever i have contacted them. Their maintenance has always come asap when needed. I would strongly recommend renting from martin property management.:)

They are terrible. I had mice and bats and it took them more than a month to get someone out there. The house was falling apart and should have been condemned.
