Would not recommend Mr. Smith at all. Paid him to remove one tree and he did some of the work, took the check and never came back. Called him several times and although I spoke with him he always had an excuse that prevented him from returning. Not a lot of money involved but if you can't trust him with a small project I would certainly be worried about giving him a check for anything!
