We used to love this place and our dog did too. But he got attacked by another dog on his last visit (puncture wounds in his lip) which might be hard to avoid at times, but we were very dissatisfied with how the owner handled the situation. No apology, still charged full price and was clearly not interested in trying to help the customer feel valued and respected. Our dog was traumatized and didn't interact with us much for a couple days afterward and wasn't interested in playing or eating. We will not be back.
