Asked Eastport Shell to identify and fix a check engine light program at a specific price ceiling. However, they did not fix and I had to have car towed to the dealership and Eastport Shell gave me $500. 00 bill. Never Again, Not Very Honest...

Unreal...I took my car here for service and when i picked it up the ower of the shop (Bud i believe is his name) crashed my car into an abutment right infront of me then denied doing it!!! These people are Awfull! the mechanic was high on drugs when i spoke to him. Also the service writer became very nasty and verbaly abusive when i expressed my displeasure about the service... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!! THE ONLY REASON IT GETS ONE STAR IS BECAUSE YOU CANNOT GIVE IT ANY LESS ON THIS SITE! I WOULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!!

I took my car there one day and was going to drop it off for an oil change. When i talked to the service advisor I could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from her breath. I kindly said I forgot I had another appointment to go to and left.

I told a friend of mine this and they told me they have taken there car there a couple times and noticed the same thing the last time they were there. We both will never return there to them again.
