This store is all about getting you to spend your money and not give you any type of customer service. After I bought a home theater there I thought that I had got a great deal. Turns out that I got something that would not work with the equipment that I already owned. I took it back within 24 hours and they refused to give me a refund. Even though I had the receipt! They would not work with me to find a suitable replacement and they said that they would not give me a refund because the box was open! How else would you know if the item you bought is any good if you don't open the box! I will never do business there again and I tell anyone, "if you want some thing electronic, go to Best Buy or Circuit City." No matter what kind of sale they have, it isn't worth buying if they will not back up what they sell.
