I took my old van to these guys for a premium oil change. It was supposed to include vacuuming the interior. When I got home, I happened to look in the back of the van. They didn't touch it! I live some 40 miles from this shop and am not about to go back to have them do it right.Another thing - their Service Checklist, besides claiming that they "Vacuume Floors," claimed that they checked my air cleaner. They didn't! It's inside a "dog house" and they didn't touch it! I don't know what else they claimed to do and didn't - like lube the 12-odd grease fittings. Those fittings will lock up the front suspension if not greased. Now, I have to go somewhere else to have it done as I can't take a chance that these clowns didn't do it.If you take your vehicle to these guys, you better inspect them at every step of service or, don't go there!
