I'm a regular client..I was present when the incident with the lady with her daughter blew up on the piercer girl.everyone was trying to calm her down and defuse the situation.. the piercer never once cursed at the lady .. and even told her that she would not charge her for it ..and offered to redo it if her daughter was wanting to redo it .. but she wasn't listening to the professional piercer and was saying she was on drugs .. even after that comment the piercer kept her calm and was trying to make the customer happy ..but she wasn't having it. Sometimes piercings can go slightly crooked and can be fixed ..but the customer was yelling at the piercer instead of listening to her options to resolve the situation.don't let One disgruntled customer keep you from going to the shop and getting any Tattoos or piercings from any of the employees there . I highly recommend Rad a tat tattoo. Very professional and super talkative artist ...

The guy at the counter was really nice and he said that the tattoos are the best here and are semi cheap. He joked around with use and we did the same right back. We told the guy the sizes that we wanted. My friend wanted a medium/large size tattoo and I wanted a small tattoo. The guy that did my tattoo custom made it just for me.

Before I walked into this place I expected nice customer service, a clean tattoo space, and a good quality tattoo. My sister and I walked into this place it seemed like the people that were there were tough guys. We walked up to the counter and asked about how much the tattoos cost if they went by sizes of tattoos.

As busy as they were, they made sure I got my tattoo. I didn't leave until 11:30pm on a Sunday night. I couldn't have imagined my tattoo turning out as good as it did. It's Sick!!! :)
