He installed a compressor a year ago.it went out while under the five year warranty and now won't repair it . he told me to find an authorized dealer.it took him 6 weeks to answer after I called repeatedly to see what needed to be done . advised not to do business with him !!!

I highly recommend Southern Plains Mechanical. They are professional, knowledgable, timely and dependable. We needed a new A/C for our house, called Brent and Phil. They came, they saw and replaced the old, worn out unit with an efficient and, more importantly, affordable one. We just got the first electric bill with the new unit in use, and the cost difference is very noticeable. Thanks, Southern Plains Mechanical! Move over, Pippin Brothers.
