I loved it (training with the Pilates Reformer & Cadillac); you are so right about the energy. I was working with a client/friend last night and told her that I thought some time with you on the "machine" would be a wonderful "breakthrough" experience for her even if she was not able to do it on a regular basis. I could see from my short time with you that it allows a whole new way to explore the edges that you have grown to think are immovable. What you do (with the Pilates equipment) is mentally as well as physically transformational, and that's the area, I believe, that we are always trying to tap into. I am glad to have had an experience to support my observations to better share with my students. Thank you again.
