I had a estimate by Rick the owner a week ago. I informed Rick the tree was dead. He came out and agreed it was. He said his guys can do it. Remove tree. They got here a week later and Rick climbed up tree and started!! Saying to my neighbor " I wish he would've F....n called before it died" "and before he put up a new fence"!! Then going on to say "the wind we had must have cracked branches and now bark falling off!! It wasn't like that last week"!!! I mean they knew I was looking out window! And it was obvious his LAZY crew didn't want to work! So they quit! Last thing 1 of his guys relieved himself in the front yard bushes! Verrrrry unprofessional !!!
