Craig Martin is the BEST!! Call him if you're buying a house, he's totally worth it. It's great to find people that are still reliable, dependable & honest. Thank you Craig & Jason for giving me the peace of mind that I need with my new home.

I would give Martin Structural Consultants TEN STARS! I live 2,000 miles from my target destination, and Craig was my eyes and ears, and was able to help me make the RIGHT DECISION when I purchased a house in the Thumb.l I would have made a BIG MISTAKE, had I not engaged Martin Structural Consultants to not only give a report on the condition of various homes that he inspected on my behalf, but also to give recommendation on repairs, and matters needing attention. With a thorough report, recommendations, and many, many detailed photos, as well as several phone consultations, I was able to make a sound decision, and invest in a property that I will enjoy for many, many years. Pay the fee (you get a lot for your money), get the excellent report, and save yourself some stress, heartache, and hard-earned money. We hired Martin Structural Consultants after a recommendation from a friend. I was beyond pleased with the results. Craig was very thorough, answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. He was realistic about what we could do on our own, offered suggestions and recommendations, and was a general pleasure to work with. I agree with a previous reviewer: He's not a deal killer. He'll give you a fair assessment of what you're looking at. (I will say I was concerned about another previous reviewer, who said Craig was unprofessional. I'd bet that was a realtor who had a deal go bad. I cannot imagine Craig using profanity, or losing his temper, especially with a "client." He was pleasant and professional the entire time.) Highly recommend his services.
