Worst place ever! Never go! Bad service. Uncomfortable chairs and stinks. Workers have horrible attitudes

AGREE 100% with previous comments, I've had my nails done at many places & Elite in the Appleton mall was the worst. I'll have to go somewhere else to have them re-done, don't waste your money there!

I will never get my nails done here again they suck no joke they do not look good at all and they tryed rushing ME out bec my friend had her baby with so my nail weren't even dry yet and we paid them $113 how rude..

I went to get my nails done here and after waiting patiently I thought they were going to do my nails, but no someone who had hers done says that she wants a pedicure too, so they make me wait. It took over 45 minutes and the worst part is, is that I had someone waiting for me.

It was horrible. There were air bubbles in my acrylic nails, they were cut uneven, there were parts that were actually missing acrylic, and they were rude, always talking to each other in a different language. When they did speak to me, they talked like I was the scum of the earth and I could barely hear them. I was very unhappy for a full set of acrylic nails. This is the worst place I've ever been to.

I went here to get gel tips for the first time. I called in advance and was quoted a price for a manicure plus gels. When they finished, I did not receive a manicure, was charged $10 extra and they used ACRYLICS instead of gels. My nails are ruined, and it took me THREE HOURS to remove them.
